1. Platform Definition

SestoEstate is a brokerage platform connecting real estate developers, brokers, and clients. The platform provides marketing tools and property data for the Egyptian market.

2. Broker Subscriptions

Subscription plans (Basic, Professional, Gold) are activated immediately upon successful payment through Paymob.

Users may cancel subscriptions, but no refunds are issued after plan activation and platform usage.

3. Data Accuracy

Brokers are fully responsible for the accuracy of data and images uploaded to the platform.

SestoEstate is not liable for any price manipulation or inaccurate unit specifications uploaded by users.

4. Client Protection (14-Day Rule)

When a client (Lead) is registered, the platform reserves the broker's right to that client for 14 days only.

The platform reserves the right to reassign the client to administration if the broker fails to update the client's status within this period.

5. Intellectual Property

Copying or leaking Sesto Data Hub content to non-subscribers of the Gold plan is strictly prohibited.

Violators will have their accounts permanently suspended and may face legal action.
