Refund Policy
1. Nature of Service
The user acknowledges that services provided by SestoEstate (Broker Subscriptions, Data Hub Access) are digital services consumed immediately upon account activation.
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the service, no refunds can be claimed once the payment is processed and the subscription is active. Accessing the Data Hub or uploading a project constitutes full consumption of the service.
3. Exceptions
Refunds are only issued in verified cases of technical errors (e.g., double charging) or if the subscription was not technologically activated within 48 hours of payment.
4. Cancellation
Users may cancel auto-renewal at any time from their account settings. The account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
