Two gated entrances serve the project.
Planned lifestyle and amenities include a 5-star beach hotel (Jumeirah), beach cabins, 5 beachfront lagoons, beachfront restaurants, a retail promenade, a clubhouse, a fitness center, kids' areas and waterfront lounges.
Unit types in the current releases include beach cabins, family houses, studios, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom chalets, townhouses and twin houses. Current release delivery is in 2 years, and the Lagoon 3 Residences phase is delivered in 4 years.
Payment plans: 10% down payment with installments over up to 10 years. Selected units offer 5% down payment and 5% after 3 months over 8 years.
